At the Mugello racetrack, we witnessed the opening weekend of the Euro4 championship, which will see participants, including MAK-sponsored driver Alvise Rodella, tackle four races this season. In Saturday’s qualifying Alvise Rodella collected a 23rd and 24th time, thus starting in these positions for the three races on Saturday and Sunday. In race 1, thanks to an excellent start, he was able to recover many positions immediately, thus finishing in 17th place; also in race 2, on Sunday morning, he was able to move up a few positions in the early stages of the race, only to finish in 21st position, still improving the result obtained in qualifying. In race 3, on the other hand, during a fight with another driver, there was a contact, without consequences for either of them, but which unfortunately led to the retirement of both drivers.
